The 250 hectares of dry land are leased out.
The farm has 3 boreholes and 2 dams. The main dam gets water from a borehole and the Paardevlei River. The farm has registered water rights for 81 hectares.
90% of the irrigation is micro irrigation and 10% is drip irrigation.
The farm infrastructure includes a main house, sheds, stores, and staff housing.
